To make a return or change, please contact 26510.77321 or email info@nommo.gr, in order to start the process of changing or returning the product. In order to make any change or return of product withdrawal, it is necessary to fill in the relevant form that will be sent to your email.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. If the return is not made within 14 days then we have the right not to accept any return for replacement or cancellation of the transaction.

Any product return is accepted if:

  • Its packaging has not been opened or unsealed, without damage or tears
  • The product is in its original condition
  • The product has not suffered damage or other defects
  • Company tags (if any) and product labels have not been removed or damaged
  • To contain the original purchase receipt

Returned products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. In any case of product change, you are responsible for the return and shipping costs. In case of exchange, the exchange product must contain the original proof of purchase. If the return of the products by the customer is made with a charge to the recipient, the cost is €8.00 and will be deducted from the total amount of the return. Shipping costs for returns outside of Greece are borne exclusively by the customer. Returns by regular mail will not be accepted.
In the event of a refund, the return product must contain the original proof of purchase and Bank details such as the beneficiary name and IBAN account to make the refund. Finally, you send the product back to us with any courier company you wish to our headquarters, at your own expense. If the order is canceled at the customer’s risk, the advance payment is lost.

In the event of a refund or cancellation of the product, the money will be credited to your bank account. The refund is made if the original sales receipt is returned together with the product. For the refund, it takes up to five (5) working days from the receipt of the products in the e-shop and the beneficiary of the account must be the customer in whose name the order was placed.

The packaging of the shipment of the product to NOMMO must be safe to avoid any damage during its transport. Return with damaged original packaging due to customer/shipper negligence or adhesive tape on the box or pen/marker notes will not be accepted.

In the event that the return is due to an error on our part (product manufacturing defect, incorrect product shipment) we bear the return costs. In this case, you send the product back to us with the courier company that you received it, at the cost of the recipient.

Cancellation policy
ΣIn the event that you wish for personal reasons to cancel your submitted order, you must inform us by phone or emai
email, within 2 hours of placing the order, in order for it not to start processing/shipping.

In the event that the product has already been sent to you and you refuse to receive it, you are fully responsible for the shipping costs which are €3.00 for sending the order to you and €3.00 for returning the order to us. In the specific case we will contact you to clarify the refusal of receipt.
